Price it according to the Real Estate market, make it showroom ready and do your inspections upfront to know what you are dealing with on the condition - then, start packing.

It's great to see people being able to free up their lives and make plans again for the changes we all go through.

If you are a Buyer, the Real Estate market is still not up to the 2006 levels but the interest rates are well into the 3%'s ~~~~ soooooo the savings in mo. PITI will make it worth the wait you have been sitting through.

These days with owners well tuned-in to the aspect of making sure the walls are painted and the lawn is mowed, homes are going quickly. Make sure you sit down with the lender of your choice, get all your doc's in order, know what your price range is and jump in.
