It's nothing but up from what I am seeing and I am talking prices of Real Estate for sale in my areas of expertise --- Santa Cruz, Calif. and Lake Tahoe both Nevada and Calif.
In pockets of Santa Cruz and especially the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe the real estate for sale is very healthy and moving. Check out the flow of state to state movement, Calif. to Nev.is quite sizeable. For equity sales, the time on market is very quick and in many instances, I am seeing 'Overbidding' -- Yes, it's back!!
